We source products or factories after lot of cross-checks and specifications to meet up the client’s requirements. Apart from the regular ones, we always keen to show the un-explored things to clients.
VENDOR SELECTION
We connect and select a vendor according to the product specification, order placements, terms & specifications. We have an internal assessment for the vendors and we choose the vendor who has in right economic situation and attitude. We have more efficient suppliers. Most of our factories are compliance factories such as ISO, SA 8000, WRAP, OEKO TEX, BSCI, DISNEY, SEDEX, GOTS, ACCORD and REACH Compliance.
PRICE NEGOTIATION
Price Negotiation is one of our key strength. We are transparent in pricing and giving some ideas to clients “how to cut the prices”. Prices will be cross checked by Vrishahi Sourcing Solution (BD) Inc., if the prices are expensive and competitive. We pay an extra care to maintain accuracy and competency when it comes to price negotiation.
PRODUCT SAMPLING
We develop designs as per client’s requirements. Clients confirm the fit and style with the help of samples/ideas given by us. We develop experiment samples, salesman, and proto etc. We always update the latest fashion inputs, technical improvements, new fabrics, accessories, and print designs etc. in our library for client’s references. All our suppliers are having their own set-up for sampling. This makes to handle and finish the samples in rapid span.
PRODUCTION EXECUTION IN BULK
PP (Pre-Production) samples will be sent to clients before starting the production of each style. T&A plan (Time and Action) will be sent to clients for every style to follow and maintain as per plan. Vrishahi Sourcing Solution (BD) Inc. staffs will be closely following with factories every day to make sure that production is as per terms. If there are any deviations, we will bring it to clients with our feedback & solutions. Each and every day, the production status will be updated to clients in our master file & a specified format.
LABORATORY SERVICES
To carry out the laboratory tests, Vrishahi Sourcing Solution (BD) Inc. has deeded with a reputed laboratory. We used to contact testing in fabric and garment stage. We offer technology packages comprising any or all of the following services customized to client’s needs.
- » Fabric : Construction particulars (counts, constructions and weight), Strength, Fiber composition, Measurement and Seam performance.
- » Analysis : Flammability (vertical/inclined), Dimensional Stability (Shrinkage) to washing / dry cleaning, Appearance after washing /dry cleaning, Fiber analysis, Labelling instructions etc.
- » Color Fastness : Color fastness to washing, Perspiration, Light, Rubbing, Bleaching, Dry cleaning, Organic Solvents, Hot pressing, etc. Dyes & Pigment tests are also carried out.
- » Garment : Dimensional Stability to washing / dry cleaning, Appearance after washing / dry cleaning are tested.
We dealt to perform all type of tests to ensure products shipped are defect free.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Vrishahi Sourcing Solution (BD) Inc. promises to deliver the product in right quality and in right time. We do monitor and conduct inspections at various stages to maintain and ensure quality in products. Some of quality segments are listed as follows.
1) 100 % inspection for boutique orders.
2) Fabric inspection 4-point system/10-point system.
3) Initial/Midline/Pre-final inspections.
4) Final inspection as per clients AQL level and quality standards.
For every client, Vrishahi Sourcing Solution (BD) Inc. creates a separate internal quality manual, SOP and keep its assigned for follow-ups.

LOGISTICS AND SHIPMENT FOLLOW-UP
Vrishahi Sourcing Solution (BD) Inc. pays keen follow-up when it comes to logistics, documents & shipment follow-up. We internally check supplier documents before submitting it to bank. We advise container selection, vessel follow-up, shipment advisories like ETA, ETD etc. We ensure everything is right and avoid clients facing miss-communications & issues at the receipt of the cargo at theirs port and keep it hassle free.
